Dimension 26: Magic Trick

In this world Patrick is a Magic user, he has the ability to transform anyone into anything. The only way he can use this power is when he's in pure magic form.

This Anti-Earth Patrick uses his magic through a mask and a book, so who name he writes in it would be effected by the magic. Basically he writes they're name in the book  and then writes a story and that story will effect the victims reality.
